• Location Information: Our mobile application uses GPS location data to track Users' locations for attendance purposes. This data is collected when you use our app to mark your attendance and is used solely for verifying your attendance at specific locations. The GPS data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized personnel within the Company. We do not share this data with third parties except as required by law or as part of our services provided to you. 

However, to fully enjoy the benefits and optimize your experience on our website, you have the option to create an account or register your details with us. In such cases, you may need to provide personal information, including (but not limited to) your name, telephone number, general geographical location or address, email address, or any other information that may identify you (referred to as the “Personal Data”). This Personal Data may be utilized for the following purposes: 

• Facilitate your access and use of the website and the EL Connect services. 

• Send you emails, SMS, or other forms of communication related to your website usage, such as identity verification, personal information confirmation, referral to service professionals for requested services, or other purposes associated with EL Connect services.
